Katie and Max, it’s as if you two can float on air.
What struck me most about your wedding day wasn’t how perfect you two looked (and you did look perfect) or how magical your venue is (beautiful grounds and a lovely staff? Yes, please!) or the stunning decor, incredible music, delicious food, planning perfection (Jason Mitchell Kahn strikes again). Although all of those things were true, which is no small feat, they aren’t the first things I remember when I think about your wedding day.
What struck me most about your wedding is how present you two were to love. It may sound simple, but it isn’t always the case with weddings. When I think about your day, I remember Katie’s intoxicating smile and Max’s glistening eyes. The joy that you two were present to lifted up your entire wedding day for everyone around you.
I’m so absolutely thrilled for the two of you. You are generous with your kindness and warmth, and you deserve all the happiness in the world. I feel so honored that I got to go on this journey with you, and I’m excited to be sending over this sneak peek of your photos. Enjoy!
